Day 2:

1/13/2013

We started off the day with a visit to a family friend's for breakfast and food for the mind.  The breakfast is a regular gathering of a group of friends every Saturday with occasional visitors, like ourselves.   Our bellies were full from the lovely breakfast and our minds were full from the intellectual conversations with the various people we met who enlightened us with their knowledge.  Charles even gave a little presentation about CPBF to the people present and we received very positive feedback and support from the group.

During a visit, I was happily clicking away at the various plants and creatures that crossed my path and after waiting patiently for 3 hours, I finally managed to snap some photos of the Jamaican national bird, the hummingbird.
After enjoying the outdoor and good company, Charles and I stopped by Constant Spring Golf Club to check out a training session with some of the participants who will be at our training clinic.  It was very nice to see them and we can't wait to start our training clinic on Monday!
